RAR Jobs Board

In 2021, we launched the RAR Jobs Board with the hope of creating more opportunities and increasing representation for BIPOC and FTWN-B folks in the cycling and outdoor industries. It was built with care and intention—to be a resource for job seekers and a bridge to companies committed to equity and inclusion.

After four meaningful years and 450+ job listings, we’ve made the difficult decision to sunset the Jobs Board. This choice comes as a result of our limited capacity, a decline in companies submitting job posts, and internal changes within RAR. We hope our community understands the factors that led to this decision.

We want to extend our deepest thanks to the nonprofits, organizations, and businesses who showed up and shared job opportunities with the RAR community. Your support meant the world.

For those continuing the search for opportunities, we recommend checking out Basecamp Outdoors, Outdoor Industry Jobs and Bicycle Industry Jobs.

Thank you for being part of this journey—we’re proud of what we created together and grateful for the connections and job opportunities made along the way.
