Head Mechanic

The head mechanic’s role is incredibly important at Argonaut as they will be responsible for final assembly, QC, product testing, and shipping. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: procurement for all bicycle related parts, tracking, inventorying, and forecasting parts needed for upcoming builds. Head mechanic is responsible for all parts and accessories associated with the production of frames and stems and is required to track and monitor the status and supply of these items as they go through production. Head mechanic is also responsible for all QC and transport of parts from paint to final assembly. Once bikes are built to the highest standards, head mechanic is responsible for shipping and tracking completed bikes and updating logs. When not building bikes, head mechanic is to work on updating inventories and to perform inventory counts quarterly to ensure accurate inventory as well as assist with various other work related tasks at Argonaut’s various locations.
