They will be responsible for managing inventory of new and used goods and parts for sale, used bikes for sale, and inventory of consumables used in the workspace. The mechanic will help maintain our fleet of over 100 bikes, which is mainly comprised of Trek’s Marlin, Dual Sport, Fuel EX, Powerfly, and Allant+ bikes, along with Salsa’s Journeyer and Timberjack. The mechanic also services customer bikes, builds retail bikes, and assists with bike rentals. This is a seasonal position with a preferred start date between April 15 and the end of May, and end date between August 15 and October 15 of 2023. There is some flexibility in dates for the right person. Compensation starts between $18-$23 per hour, depending on experience and includes an end of season bonus. Housing is also available at a low cost that matches the term of the contract.
